Mindfulness FLC Wrap-up & Showcase

The Mindfulness Faculty Learning Community brings faculty together to explore mindfulness and contemplative approaches to teaching, learning, and professional well-being. This semester, faculty have been meeting in teaching squares to explore contemplative practices, engage with relevant research, and discuss practical strategies that support student presence, well-being, and inclusion in the classroom. Participants will share highlights from their teaching square discussions as well as ideas for integrating mindfulness and contemplative approaches into their courses in Fall 2026.
